3 Small Healthy  Meals a Day

The Virtual Gastric Band gets you eating just 3 small healthy meals a day. Your stomach size is reduced limiting the amount of food you can eat at any one time.  You will feel full sooner, eating only until you are comfortable. And for longer, you won’t feel the need to snack so you can really enjoy the spaces  between those 3 small healthy meals.

Physical Activity

Being physically active is extremely important for your sense of well being. It helps maintain a healthy mind and body, strengthens and tones the muscles, burns fat, increases energy and mood giving you a much more positive outlook on life in general. Exercise motivation is included getting you more active.

Drinking Water

Drinking plenty of fresh clean water throughout the day is a must. It keeps you hydrated and helps you burn fat. Drinking 2 plus litres is recommended and with this program you will be.
