Your stomach size is reduced applying the Virtual Gastric Band with hypnosis limiting the amount of food you can eat at any one time. You will feel full sooner, eating only until you are comfortable and satisfied for longer, you won’t feel the need to snack so you can really enjoy the spaces in-between meals leaving you feeling lighter, healthier and happier.

The Slender Eating Strategy

The Slender Eating Strategy teaches you to make healthier choices more often by enabling you to know how you would feel after eating the foods you choose before you eat them. This allows you to enjoy more good feelings more often and removes the “guilt factor” and not just noticing if you feel full or not.

Physical Activity

Being physically active is extremely important for your sense of well being. It helps maintain a healthy mind and body, strengthens and tones the muscles, burns fat, increases energy and mood giving you a much more positive outlook on life in general. Exercise motivation is included getting you more active doing what YOU enjoy!

Drinking Water

Drinking plenty of fresh clean water throughout the day is a must. It keeps you hydrated and helps you burn fat. Drinking 2 plus litres is recommended and with this program you will be.
